When you sign up for any package, you’ll receive a digital business organizer and real estate planner which includes forms that you can insert into your listing appointment packages.

 While trying to make a decision on whether you’d like to hire me, keep in mind that you can charge a transaction fee to your client for each contract which means that you’ll get your money back. Example: If you have 4 closings with a $295 transaction each, that’s $1180. If you chose my package of up to 10 listings, you’ll far exceed the fee you’re paying me!

Here's What You'll Receive

 PRE-LISTING APPOINTMENT~

o Market Analysis for the property – using MLS data

o Put together your marketing package (your activity-showcase)

o Create electronic file and email to you

o Add specific forms that you use

LISTING COORDINATION ~ Once I receive your listing info sheet that I provide in the pre-listing appointment

o Enter property in MLS – complete updates as needed

o Write property description for listing

o Put virtual tour on Realtor.com and Zillow

o Insert photos into MLS – I can photoshop them if needed

o Insert all addendums and disclosures on the MLS

o Order your sign installation

o Send out Just Listed Post cards – you provide stamps and post cards

o Pick up & Install brochure box, Lockbox and key can be done and is an additional service of $15. You provide copies of the brochures

o Enter your listing in your contact manager if applicable

o Create Property Brochure which includes photos, home details, your contact info. You’ll receive an electronic color copy to download and print

o Create a Home binder for an additional fee of $25 which includes the binder – see additional services page

o Schedule open house – provide you with the Open House digital set

o Send a copy of the listing link to your client to receive approval

o Provide showing information to your showing service

o Create “Special features” info sheet

o Send email to seller with all signed forms for their records

o Solicit feedback and provide to you and seller for showings

o Promote on your social media

o Once fully executed contract is accepted and received, Put listing in Pending status and add buyer agent’s information

o Add sale pending sign on property sign – you provide the sign
